Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has raised doubts about the relationship between singer Eddy Kenzo and Minister Phiona Nyamutoro.
The scrutiny arose as the duo appeared alongside the president during Nyamutoro’s swearing-in ceremony as the new state minister.
During the photo session, President Museveni inquired about the nature of their relationship and how they came to know each other. However, the responses from Eddy Kenzo and Phiona Nyamutoro were unclear in the video footage.
In subsequent interviews, Eddy Kenzo clarified that there is no romantic involvement between him and Minister Phiona. He emphasized that they are longstanding friends with a history spanning many years, despite public speculation suggesting otherwise.
It’s worth noting that Eddy Kenzo and Rema were previously married, but following their separation, Kenzo did not immediately enter into another relationship. In contrast, Rema remarried promptly, while Kenzo appears to be enjoying his current lifestyle.
Kenzo’s association with Minister Nyamutoro has garnered attention, with many aspiring to achieve similar recognition in their own lives.
