Solomon Kampala, the son of National Unity Platform (NUP) President Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, has recently disclosed the details of his acquisition of a brand new Mercedes Benz c250, valued at $45,000.

In a phone conversation with Abba Marcus Mayanja, son of musician Jose Chameleone, Solomon discussed various aspects of his new car, including its fuel consumption and the differences in fuel prices between California, where Abba resides with his mother, and Texas, where Solomon lives.

The conversation clip has sparked discussions on social media, with many questioning how a young person like Solomon, who is barely 20 years old, could afford such an expensive vehicle.

However, individuals familiar with asset acquisition practices in the United States have pointed out that leasing is a common method used to obtain high-value items. Leasing allows individuals to acquire items now and make payments over time, resembling a “buy now, pay later” arrangement.
