Upcoming singer Fik Gazaa has revealed the reason why he couldn’t have a proper conversation with Jamaican singer Konshens.
He said language became a problem as he can’t speak English or even listen to it so well.
Fik Gazaa became famous months ago and most of the people didn’t know his background story of how he grew up.
He said he wasn’t educated, he grew up on the streets hustling to get whatever he wanted. That means he didn’t get proper education that makes him speak English.
Fik Gazaa was very fortunate that he associated himself with Jose Chameleone who did a remix of one of his songs. It was appreciated by Konshens who also added his voice in the song.
During the time of recording the singer had a chance to have a one on one with Konshen which so many Ugandan artistes would like to have.
But he wasn’t able to talk to him as he couldn’t understand whatever he was saying. He said he only heard like two words in a whole conversation.
Fik Gazaa revealed that he wishes he could speak English, it would help him to even connect with more other artistes outside Uganda.
“I couldn’t have a proper conversation with Konshens because of language barrier. I only heard like two words in a whole conversation. I am so lucky that he managed to record with me,”
