Singer Gravity Omutujju real name Wabuyi Gereson has dissed government after it failed to support him in his hospital drive.
He said they would have funded him and helped him build for the struggling people of Busabala atleast a near by hospital.
Gravity Omutujju started the drive of building a hospital early this year. He was demanding it from National Unity Platform (NUP) President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu also known as Bobi Wine.
He was telling him to offer part of his land known as Busabala beach and people get a hospital because he has been promising his people a lot.
Bobi Wine didn’t respond to Gravity Omutujju. The singer continued the drive offering his land and promising to build a hospital on his own.
Few months later Gravity revealed that there is no progress that was made. He said he thought government was going to help but nothing was done.
The singer said government needs to be serious when it comes to the health of its citizens.
“I don’t know what government wants because we have tried so much to pay taxes and do everything. I thought they would help me build the hospital but they didn’t. People need hospitals and I don’t know when they will be able to get those hospitals,”
