Late Blogger Tusubira Lubega Isma AKA Isma Olaxess was shot dead by unknown individual near his home in Kyanja on Saturday 6th May 2023.
The Dua was organized by his close friends in coordination with the Family through his Father commonly known as Mutabuliki and this is Majorly prepared as away of seeking fogginess for the deceased soul in Islam.
Its was during this same dua, the Kampala Central Member Of Parliament Muhammad Nsereko took up responsibility of taking care of the adopted daughter of Isma Olaxess and promised to pay her school fees.
Isma Olaxes was taken as a great speaker for the National Resistance Movement since he was their party member and had full support for President Museveni regardless of the allegations that the deceased never got what the party had promised him.
President Museveni through the Vice President Jesca Alupo sent his condolence message to the family accompanied with 10Millions cash and promised to bring the assailants to books
