Opposition National Unity Platform party president Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert alias Bobi Wine is still in Mbarara city where he is to open his offices and address a rally as he embarks on his nationwide tour.
Reports coming through indicate that the Uganda Communications Commission has switched off 88.3 Endigyito Radio station where Bobi Wine was to address the public .
Our snoops say the Radio managers received threatening phone calls from the RDC who ordered them not to host Bobi Wine. When he persisted, a UCC official instructed their regional engineers to flag the radio.
Currently, Bobi Wine and his supporters are still combing through the major streets of Mbarara with limited police interception as the numbers have seemingly overwhelmed security.
Bobi will tomorrow proceed to Fort Portal City for a mobilization drive and on Wednesday close the Western trip in Kasese District.
