Music producer Didi has revealed reasons why he finally decided to disclose his HIV status to the public.
He said he now feels like somethings have been lifted off his shoulders and he feels like he is in the right path to redeem his life.
Producer Didi was one of the biggest celebrities in Uganda. He used to make so much money and he had so many people around him.
He later disappeared from the media and fans wondered where he had gone and what he was doing for his life.
A year ago producer Didi came back to the media asking for financial help from celebrities that he used to work with.
He said he had gotten sick with ulcers and wanted food to eat and even a roof over his head. Some artistes like Eddy Kenzo tried so much to help him become the best person he can.
Few days ago he said that he had been diagnosed with HIV and was on the road to helping other people live freely.
He said the main reason why he came out is not to be selfish and spread the disease to other people without them knowing.
“Disclosing that I was HIV+ was the most responsible thing to do so I didn’t act selfishly,”- Producer Didi
