Swangz Avenue singer Zafaran has praised fellow singer John Blaq for her music career.
She says without him, she wouldn’t be known by anyone not even Swangz Avenue that gave her an opportunity and signed her as one of their artistes last year.
Zafaran started her music career in a band. But she wasn’t paid good money yet she was over working herself attending all the band events that she was invited to attend.
When she met John Blaq that quickly changed for her. He started moving with him at concerts he would go to perform to and that is how people knew her.
By then she was getting more money than she used to get in the band and she was happy that she was growing to be a much better person.
With the exposure from John Blaq Swangz Avenue saw her and invite her to perform and that is how they ended up signing her as one of them and as their fifth artiste.
“I am where I am because of John Blaq. When I met him he gave me an opportunity that I was never given before. People knew me because of him moving around with me everywhere. I even got to Swangz Avenue because of him,”
