Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon. Anita Among has fulfilled her pledge of Shs 50 million to the Uganda Cranes following their victory against Botswana.
The announcement was made through FUFA President Moses Magogo.
Among had made the pledge during her visit to the Cranes’ training camp at Namboole Stadium, two days before the match. Her support played a significant motivational role in the team’s preparation and performance.
She also expressed her intention to maintain similar incentives if the Uganda Cranes secure a win against Algeria on Monday at Namboole Stadium.
