Benon Mugumbya, the head of Swangz Avenue, has spoken out regarding fans’ demands for a concert by singer Vinka.
Despite being one of the trending artists, Vinka remains the only one among her peers yet to host a concert. Fellow musicians Winnie Nwagi, Spice Diana, and Sheebah have all held successful events, leaving fans eager for Vinka to do the same.
Addressing this, Mugumbya said, “Vinka’s concert will happen, but some things have to align for it to happen. We are not just going to hold a concert to tick the box that this is done.”
He further expressed the label’s commitment to Vinka’s growth and success, saying, “We love to see her grow and succeed; it’s like paying fees for a child but not wanting them to succeed.”
